I'm a fan of the Ribbon and think from an ISV perspective this is where you'll get your biggest bang if you want Vista/Office 12 parity in the next release of your product.  To get the best documentation on the Ribbon, you need access to the beta site.  If you need help finding the link, ping me via email, I'll send a direct link.

Also, if you want to look good in Vista, build your apps in Winforms 2.0.  I've posted this before, but thought I should reiterate... :D
