&lt;p&gt;Recently, though, a customer noticed that when the page has scroll bars, the pushpin popups do not appear next to the pushpins. &amp;nbsp;Instead, they are offset by as much as the scrollbar is scrolled. &amp;nbsp;I wonder if anyone else has seen this?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BTW, this example has the same problem. &amp;nbsp;Just build the map so that it is 800x600, then make IE small enough so that the scroll bars appear. &amp;nbsp;Then scroll down a bit, and move the mouse over the icon so that the popup appears. &amp;nbsp;You will notice that it is no longer in the correct position.&lt;/p&gt;
