Customer Service - Episode 3

Finally got my phone replaced last week by Audiovox. They put a $319.00 charge on my credit card while they wait for me to send in my broken one but it was pretty much my only option at this point. Cingular/ATT in Redmond weren't all that helpful either - they tried doing a hard-reset and then told me to call audiovox. At least it's working again.
