About Kathy Kam
Kathy is a Senior Program Manager on the Silverlight team. She has been with Microsoft since 2001. She started as a software design engineer in Microsoft Office Outlook. She worked on both Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. She joined the .NET Framework team in October 2005, and worked on the Base Class Library team shipping .Net Frameworks 3.5. She is currently on the Silverlight team and recently shipped Silverlight 2's control set.
She went to high school in Sydney, Australia and graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Bachelor of Science in Enginneering (Computer Engineering) and Bacheor of Science (Mathematics) in 2001. She is also a member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Honor Society - HKN.
