Reflection on the CLR and .NET
Job Opportunities on the BCL

Are you passionate about .NET technologies?
Are you passionate about helping developers?

Check out the job posting on the BCLTeam Blog:

I know the above must sound so cliche, but I honestly believe that you have to be passionate about what you are doing in order to get the most out of your job.

Afer I graduated from Michigan, I knew I wanted to work on technologies that brings people together. IM was prominient, but I love e-mails, having grown up in 3 different continents and 4 different countries. I have friends from all over the world, and email was the only way I could keep in touch with everyone without getting up in the middle of the night to IM. I was absolutely addicted to it, (I am one of those people who check their mail three times an hour)... so I went to MS Outlook. After 4 years there and loving every moment of it, I want to do something differet. I want to learn about Managed Code and work on the framework. Therefore, I came to the CLR team and now I am working on the Baseclass libraries. If you are passionate about .NET technologies, particularly about what we build on the BCL. You should definitely look into the opportunities above. The only "bad" side to it is that you'll have to work with me! ;)
