Our evangelism team has built a new sample application called DinnerNow.net. It is a fictious online marketplace for people to order food from a variety of restaurants. The samples showcases a bunch of the .Net Framework 3.0 technologies - WF, WCF, WPF and Windows Cardspace. It also uses Windows Vista features such as the Windows Sidebar, and Web technologies like ASP.Net, Ajax, Virtual Earth etc. You can download the source code, documentation, set up scripts from here: http://www.codeplex.com/dinnernow.
