New PM role at Office Live, still at Microsoft
So, I decided after 4+ years at Developer Division, that I was ready for a change. Microsoft is an awesome company to work for in the sense that one can gain the experience of a completely different company with a completely different set of customers and user scenarios by just moving within Divisions. In fact, a former Dev Lead I worked with said "What?You are leaving DevDiv. How will I ever see you again??" and this was with me moving across the street <dramatic eye roll>. But jokes aside, Microsoft is unique in that it offers totally different experience while essentially being the same company.
The soul searching led me to the Office Live team, which is doing a bunch of interesting things in the web space and lured me with the possibility of impacting millions and millions of users! Now, thats a rush! And so here I am - a Program Manager still learning my way around here.
