Competing on Analytics

Here’s another book recommendation: Competing on Analytics by Tom Davenport.  I read this book about a year ago but still consider it a must read for anyone who is involved in BI applications.  Davenport does and excellent job describing how gaining insight into your business by leverage what you already know can make you more competitive.  That is what BI is all about and why we come to work each day.
