Design, Program Management and Live Communications Server

As a Program Manager in the Real-Time Collaboration Group at Microsoft, I want to intensify the customers' satisfaction with Live Communication Server, Office Communicator and Live Meeting. I will use this blog as a medium to do so and to discuss three topics that interest me the most:

1. Design: I will discuss the trends in product design, my experiments with designing software and objects, and the designs I admire and abhor.

2. Program Management at Microsoft: My goal is to educate the reader about the role and scope of program management at Microsoft.

3. Live Communications Server (most important): I will leverage this blog as a direct feedback channel with the customers of Microsoft Live Communications Server and other Real-Time Collaboration products. Feel free to ask questions, discuss feature designs, and voice your opinions on new features in the Real-Time Collaboration workspace.

My current plan is to post at least once every week.
