Controlling PB docking windows

Minor tip here, but I know I was thrilled the first time I learned it. The docking windows view used to really annoy me because of the way they'd decide to position themselves as I'd drag the window.  Well, you can just hold CTRL key while dragging to leave it unattached but placement is in your control.

Another random PB tip ...

Stepping/tracing is MUCH faster in general if you close your callstack and variables windows. (Especially the callstack window.)

It's kind of obvious if you think about it -- everytime you regain control in the debugger after a step or trace, the debugger has to figure out where you are and where you came from. This involves scouring debuggee memory and the symbol tables to construct the user-readable callstack.

Fortunately, PB is smart enough to skip all this work if the callstack window is closed.

OK, one more (this one more in line with John's tip).

Shift+Esc will close most dockable windows. Useful in concert with my previous tip.
