These days I'm travelling around austria with our biggest developer & IT Pro event Big>Days 2009!
This year's theme was "packen wir's an" - translated "let's get to work"!
Accompanying the theme we built a multi-tier application with .NET 3.5 and Silverlight called "Rent-A-Worker"!

Did you miss the database files from the RentaWorker download - I can't find the mdf....
I tried IE7, Firefox and Opera, and I can't download the BigDays09.zip from codeplex. There are some script-errors and in none of the browsers the download starts ...

You need to run the .SQL file, which is part of the database solution folder.
This will create your local database!
