Subterfuge is no good. Francisco asked me to blog about the release of &lt;a target="_new" href="http://www.url123.com"&gt;http://www.url123.com&lt;/a&gt; a few months ago, and I did! Why? Because he took the time to explain WHY my blog is a better place to publicize his service than another medium like a PR newswire or a TV commercial? How is that news, not hype? IMHO, the announcement of URL123 was news my readers could use...news that had the potential to incrementally improve their lives and fortunes more the 30 seconds it took to read it.
