Dystopian?
Yahoo has some strange categories for movies - they include 'Dystopian' as a subdivision of Science Fiction films...
I *think* I'm looking forward to the I, Robot film. It's been a Long While since I've read that series, but still. Cool stuff. I'm a little worried that it's a Will Smith movie, though. The screenplay is written by Akiva Goldsman. Hmmm, looking at his past credits:
- A Beautiful Mind (ok, good thoughts)
- The Client (more good thoughts)
- Lost in Space (crap -- the movie's going to suck, isn't it?)
- Batman and Robin (dammit, we're going to have to bring Asimov back to kick some butt)
Well, maybe it will prove my fears wrong -- but I was right about the SciFi RiverWorld crime...
