10th planet? in the house
The Australian is breaking the news that NASA will be announcing the discovery of the 10th planet for our solar system on the 15th (the Ides of March, no less). In addition, they seem to have run out of Roman gods, so have decided to name this one Sedna.
News? Only because it's the first bit o' astronomy news that's gotten more than an, “eh” from me in a while. Also because I've just heard (in order) a Violent Femmes, and a Social Distortion song. On the radio! Perhaps that should have been the posting...
