(I wasn't sure whether who was going to be lying about Windows 7, but it sounded interesting....)

That looks like a Vista Whopper. The Windows 7 Whopper is smaller, looks nicer, and is less bloated.

Some background info:

- Akihabara is the big electronics-shopping district of Tokyo.

- Beef is rather expensive in Japan (as are coffee, fruit juice, and many other things we Americans take for granted).

- One yen is about 1.1 US cents, so 777 yen =~ $8.55.

Vista Whopper should be shaped as a big hill (vista) made of ground beef.
