Bells for Cows in Switzerland. RFID them in India!!

I wish I had a dollar every time I heard the statements "Why dont Indians eat beef" or even "I heard you have stray cows on the streets". Okie maybe a dollar is a lot - but then even at a quarter - that would still make for a big bounty right there. Infact I got so bored of hearing that - that I started eating beef - TBone - medium Rare :-)

Anyways - this article that came in this morning - is one attempt at reviving the bovine situation in India. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/08/11/delhi_chips_cows/. The interesting part is that this article is true and not a spoof.

The Business case for the implementation would not have been too tough, but I would defnitely have liked to be in the boardroom that saw the presentation of this project and finally decided on funding it :).

Pradeep
It seems when a child is born Mother gives the milk. When the child grows he gets the milk from a cow. So a cow is like a mother. So the respect for the cow.
