&lt;p&gt;I tried changing the case and the domain but get the same results.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I got this to work by changing the domain name to www.mydomain.com so it matched the domain in the return URL. (Doh! That's exactly what the error message says.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also needed to another entry to my hosts file to handle www.mydomain.com.&lt;/p&gt;
