&lt;p&gt;Worked everywhere, but on the iMac i can not sign in using the livemesh software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After changing the password to a short 10 character version it works everywhere. Can the mac version of the live mesh software only handle passwords that are &amp;quot;short&amp;quot;?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is no limit to the length of passwords that is specific to Live Mesh for Mac, though there are certain &amp;quot;extended&amp;quot; characters that can cause problems. &amp;nbsp;The good news is that we will have a fix for this in the not-too-distant future.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a W7 beta system, 2 Vista systems, linux laptop, linux based NAS (buffalo linkstation), (&amp;amp; we have several S60 devices). This may well be added to by a linux or windows netbook&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need these systems to work together well. I use all of them and the NAS is great in unifying storage in the home.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'd like to extend this to the cloud, but for the best experience I'd like the linux-based NAS &amp;amp; laptop to fully participate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are we likely to see this extension?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
