OpenNETCF.org releases Managed Library for WISP

Ink_logo_2007_100x100.jpgDamn I love the guys from OpenNETCF! They fill the gaps that we don't have time to implement and do what everybody else wants :)

They just announced (Thanks Mark!) the new Managed Libraries for WISP or Windows Ink Services Platform, called Mobile Ink Library. Basically WISP is the TabletPC ink technology that allows a developer to quickly implement vector based ink and handwriting recognition with just a few lines of code.

When we announced Windows Mobile 6, we made WISP Lite available but only for native developers. Mark has written a managed wrapper around WISP Lite and provided Ink capabilities to a Managed C# or VB.NET developer.

Head over to the official page for the downloads : http://www.opennetcf.com/OpenSource/MobileInk.ocf
