Grabbing Attention...
We could all learn something from Bill Fleming in Norfolk. He understands how to grab attention and engage customers at his event...

‘one thing I did in presenting the session on Communication and Collaboration a few weeks ago was to start out with a 1 minute video of the “cat herding” ad that EDS showed at the super bowl several years ago.
I used this as a lead it to “does running your business sometimes seem like herding cats, too?” This seemed to work.
You can find the video by searching for “herding cats”. I was able to download a large screen version that runs on Quicktime from the producer’s web site.
