Launch event is filling up!!

Today, Steve received a question regarding registration for the 22nd Launch event. The site indicates that the morning IT session has been closed.
Steve and I went to the registration site and I have I have attached the screen shot of what is displayed. Please let me know what we should tell registrants and if we should have them register for another session.
I wrote back:
Adam—if it says it’s full, it’s full.
Good message to deliver to customers.
Push them to another track or to the Bethesda track.

I agree with Jeremy, have them register for another track.
Another thing I am telling customers is that, like all events, there is some drop off at that event, so if you cannot register for the track you want, register for another track to get in and then show up early for the event and see if there are openings for the track you want.
These spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis, so get there early.
