The Event Experience...

We talk a lot about getting people to commit to an event, but not as much about how they feel when they are there.

Call out to the team at NMR for their event yesterday. They've got a nice, comfortable seating area (with couches) that makes for a great environment for an event.

Their customers obviously like them since the rapport with the team was very nice and laid-back. Poor Guido, he gave me 30 minutes (but didn't tell me :-) and I went on for about an hour--of course, the customers kept asking questions!

Hate when that happens, right?

Maya Angelou once said:

"People won't remember what you said or what you did. They will remember how you made them feel,"

and it was clear from the comments of the attendees that the NMR team gets this.

Looking forward to the next one.
