Jill at DP Solutions read the story about BEI's trouble with the Microsoft-led assessment program.

She was inspired and offered the following:

I have two suggestions for the Click to Attend registration page:

  1. Make the “How Heard” a required field.
  2. Don’t make them have to create a Passport account in order to register (I know this is a common complaint amongst partners).

Just wanted to share from my experiences.
