If Ready to Go isn't...

If you're looking for a quick way to jumpstart your marketing efforts and you don't have a lot of time or money (who does, right?), then you should consider a Ready to Go (RTG) campaign. 

As one partner put it,

"I think the program is the best that MS/Dynamics has done in the 15 years that I have been marketing the solutions."

Of course, there are times when things don't go perfectly.

I've got to hand it to Barb of Grace-Hunt, who has endured a month-long, multi-email thread trying to get the right documents in the download center. For whatever reason, in the RTG she chose, some of the docs were mislabeled/corrupted. Her patience in working with the Partner Experience Center was admirable...incredible, actually and she persevered.

The PEC helped (and is normally the best first point for question), eventually, but for future reference (thanks to Barb for being the guinea pig), if you are ever in a position where ANYTHING isn't perfect for the Ready to Go Campaign, you can either

  2. call (800) 856-5598 for RTG issues/questions
