It makes no sense for it to be a separate and "non user-friendly" update.

For the time being, the current Microsoft Messenger update process really provide better instructions. As a tech savvy individual, I figured out that I have to drop the updated app into the Microsoft Office 2004 folder in my Applications folder. However, everyone else in my company thought that all they had to do was double-click and run the app from the disk image. There should be a basic background image in the disk image that simply states that the app needs to be moved in the Microsoft Office 2004 folder in the Applications folder.

Entourage works really great for my company. However, one feature that I see in Outlook that would be really beneficial is the ability to see overlapping calenders. If it could emulate the way iCal does it, that would be excellent!

re: 2007 Global MVP Summit

Thank you David.

re: 2007 Global MVP Summit

I got some very nasty comments from one of your MVP:s in Microsoft user groups for my honest and simple question. Otherwise, it really makes using Office:Mac less attractive for Mac users. Integration with outlook/exchange systems is absolutely vital and it's a shame to have to resort to 3rd party applications / plug ins/downloads and various work arounds and hacks to achieve this.

Also, is there any chance that you guys could work on getting MSN messenger some video conferencing capability?
