Some WinFx Related Announcements
So little time, so much to blog about. I'm still working hard on an HPC project on which we're using quite a lot of WinFx - WF and WCF - to provide some of the services around the cluster.
Two news items which caught my eye and related to both are:
This executive email from Bill references workflow as a key technology moving forward to provide "friction-free innovation". Great - I'm really getting into WF now (more on that in the next post) and it's great to see the emergence of this tech to fill some gaps and enhance the options for development. With WF being used inside Office and Sharepoint (amongst others) it'll be very interesting to see how WF is used to harness these applications in a business architecture.
Project Tango seems to have been around for a while, but I hadn't seen it until this article on The Register. Everything else aside, this platform interoperability can only be a good thing for the development community right?
