New Tech Releases

Worth noting that you can now get your hands on the following: Beta 2 of Expression Blend - tons of bug fixes. Beta 1 of Expression Design - also tons of bug fixes. WPFE Feb CTP - you need this because your current CTP just time-bombed. (Go on, check).
