XAML: the key to new collaborations between developers and designers?

There is an interesting white paper that you can read both online or offline (a 32 pages PDF) about WPF and specifically about XAML and how it should enable new frictionless collaborations between developers and designers. You might not agree but it still makes a worth reading.
