Seeing 4GB of memory on 32-bit Windows Server 2003

I have been using Windows Server 2003 standard edition as a workstation OS on my laptop for sometime now. I have recently been given a brand new Lenovo T61P with 4GB of memory and have installed it as a multi-boot system with Windows Server 2003 as one
