MWS Traffic Integration with Virtual Earth

I wrote this application to be very similar to the store locator MWS/VE application I wrote a couple weeks ago. Truth be known, I pretty much copied the other application, changed the data source to MapPoint's new traffic data source and the properties

Virtual Earth SDK

Virtual Earth now has its own SDK, so you no longer have to try and decrypt the javascript mapcontrol.js file. You can view the SDK @ http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/VEMSC_SDK/HTML/Introduction.asp .

NEW MWS SDK

With the release of MWS 4.0 there's a new SDK. Not only has the content been updated, but the formatting has changed, as well. This places the properties into a seperate branch from the method(s). It's pretty sweet. Plus, there are some new demo applications.
