Virtual Earth India
The Microsoft Research team has a sweet implementation of Road and Aerial data for India. It's not street level data, but it does have the Virtual Earth full-bleed maps and click to zoom functionality for levels 1-9.

This is very interesting to me, especially after a Wall Street Journal article from over the weekend about the author's positive experience when traveling to India. I can actually get better context on the area's he spoke of.
