MSDN Tech Talk: Windows Mobile 5.0
Here are the slides and demos from last Tuesday's MSDN Tech talk in Reading. It’s taken me a while to get these out because I had a rather scary moment involving a lot of rain and my laptop. My laptop bag got very wet in an unexpected downpour and when I powered it up the screen just went white from the centre outwards - accompanied by my rising heart rate! Even tho the screen was dead everything else appeared to work so I used an external monitor for a couple of hours while the CPU fan very effectively blew hot air around the inside of the machine - a bit like a big hairdryer. By about lunchtime the screen had dried out and everything came back to life! Phew!!!
