Hi Mark,

I realized you were about to release the Express SKUs around March/April and am not under NDA so dont be too hard on them. The only way I was incorrect is I thought they would be free (not low cost versions).

How did I know?

Because back around March/April I was reading a blog on weblogs.asp.net and one of your devs has a screen shot about a problem he was working on and it had in the title bar: "Visual Studio 2005 Express".

That night I said to my wife. "Fantastic, Microsoft is going to drop the WebMatrix tool and release a free version of Visual Studio!" based on you using that name with other free products like "Front Page Express" and "Outlook Express".

So I was 95% correct.

You should slap your dev that absent mindedly allowed that picture to appear in his blog!
