Max needs a fair amount of hard disk space for a few reasons: to download your friend's lists, to store your lists, and to get updates to Max.

To free up some disk space, you can delete some of the pictures you've downloaded with Max. To find the picture files, click Start, click My Computer, and then double click your primary drive, open Documents and Settings, then open the folder named after your Windows user name. In that folder, you should see a folder named Max. Inside that folder, each list that you've downloaded has a corresponding folder (usually the name of the list) with the downloaded pictures inside. Delete any folders that you don't need to free up disk space.

You can also use Disk Cleanup to free up space by removing temporary Internet files, unused programs, and other unnecessary items from your computer. To run Disk Cleanup, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Disk Cleanup.
