Because Max uses time-based certificates to communicate securely with your friends and with our servers, Max needs your computer’s clock to be accurate.

Here’s how you can update your computer’s clock:

  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
  3. Click Change the date and time.
  4. Click the Internet Time tab.
  5. Select the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server check box.
  6. Click Update Now.
Windows will update your clock and keep it up to date automatically.
