This is just brilliant!

Great that you found the Colorful Expression Add-In useful, and found such a cool use case for it.

Providing tooling support like this for theming is a great idea, and a concept one could explore further. Imagine a community site similar to the Kuler Community consisting of Silverlight and WPF themes. An Blend add-in like the Colorful Expression add-in could pull in themes from the community really easily. The community site could also contain other things, like XAML icons/assets etc.
