Hallowell, MD</A>, author of Delivered from Distraction.&nbsp; Practially everyone, especially in the tech biz, these days suffers from Acquired ADD.&nbsp; We recently <A class="" href="http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=313268" mce_href="http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=313268">interviewed Dr. Hallowell for The MicroISV show</A>.</LI> <LI><A class="" href="http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/" mce_href="http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/">The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferris</A>.&nbsp; This book has really got me thinking about how I go about making sure I'm never the "middle aged fat guy in the red BMW".</LI></UL> <P>p.s.
