As reported on Slashdot this morning, apparently there is a medical reason for the fact that I can't get enough of the latest gadgets as they hit the market. Finally a reason exists to justify to my parents why I needed every single toy, electronic device, and video game when I was growing up the day it came out – or why 20 years later my car has BlueTooth, a GPS system, plays SD cards, and accepts voice commands.
