A Simple Software Security Guy at Microsoft!
Earlier this year I wrote a blog post about Anti-XSS Library v1.0. Well, it's been updated with new methods to escape other kinds of data. You should start at the landing page.
PingBack from http://www.marsmenschen.com/index.php/2006/11/21/microsoft-anti-cross-site-scripting-library-available-new-version/
Just wanted to let everyone we'll be posting a Web-facing FAQ soon (there's already one within the documentation of the library) to help answer questions such as why you would want to use this library, what's the difference between the native .NET Framework encoding methods etc. Stay tuned. Thanks,
Kevin
We got a lot of initial questions so the Web-facing FAQ is now up on the main landing page at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/security/aa973814.aspx, thanks!
