Windows Vista Crypto Modules now FIPS 140-2 Certified

The standard crypto providers such as DSSENH and RSAENH are now certified FIPS 140-2 on Windows Vista.

Is there further documentation on third parties using ksecdd.sys in Ring 0?  The security policy doc is tantalizingly vague  about an IRP to get the table of pointers.  We haven't found it in the CNG docs we've looked at.
