Some users were deterred from using the provider by unpleasant message "TFMscciSvr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience." In all cases it was fault of strong name validation error (our binaries are not strongly signed). Buck has posted a solution for this problem in his blog.
