Search with strong keyword. Duh!
I was looking for an email which I received sometime in last September or October. I don't remember who sent it to me but I do remember it was something about system redirection. I have thousands of emails in my hard disk and it's really hard to find one email from there with such ordinary keywords like "system" and "redirection". Every time I search the email in the Outlook my search was interrupted by me because I almost unconsciously check new emails and every time I click something in my Outlook... the search stopped before I saw results. Too many result after too long waiting time and obviously I needed something more unique and strong keyword. After many attempts I suddenly recalled something in the email. It was "Duh". I was pretty sure that not many email contained "duh" and searched with keyword "duh". Just one search result was returned and my long time struggle has ended at last. Use strong keyword, that's the lesson I learned today, duh.
By the way there are 23 articles hit with keyword "duh" in Microsoft.com. 12 of them are in MSDN. MSDN has more than 500,000 pages and it's 0.0024% of MSDN contents. Microsoft Search (search.microsoft.com) found me those 0.0024% of rare contents in 0.156 seconds. Not bad... actually it's quite good job : )
