Creat your own how-to video - Community Clips

Community Clips allow users to create their own how-to videos and upload them to a community site.  This tool integrates into Office and can be accessed on the desk top as well.  You can even narrate your clips.  Universities and schools can use Community Clips to create help and how-to clips.
