Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Enterprise: How Microsoft uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Ever get in a sales cycle and at the end of the sales cycle, you get the question: "So I hear Microsoft uses Siebel internally and not Microsoft CRM." Microsoft has a number of instances of Microsoft CRM currently and has a plans to get off of a number of legacy applications such as Siebel and Clarify. You have the chance to hear from Mike Bishoff, who is involved in the Center of Excellence around Microsoft CRM internally. This should be an awesome LiveMeeting to attend to hear how an enterprise like Microsoft is rolling the tool out internally.

Make sure to register today if you plan on attending.
