Inc Magazine on CRM - Recommends Microsoft CRM for Ease of Use
One of magazines I try to read every month is Inc. Magazine. This month's issue has a nice two page lay out on CRM offerings from a number of CRM vendor's with their key strengths. Microsoft CRM is highlighted for it's ease of use. Great article to check out. Enjoy!
