Siebel 2.0: The end of Salesforce.com

Great Read.... I have also enjoyed the new IDC report on the perception vs. reality of penetration of SaaS in the SMB space... Pretty cool articles... This one rocks... I would highlight parts, but then I would just be quoting the whole thing... :-) Link

If you have not checked out this blog yet, I would encourage you to. :-) The guys over at Ascendix are doing some pretty cool stuff around CRM and commercial real estate. They have also released some of their functionality as a more horizontal solution.

Using Microsoft CRM Mobile Express?

Are you or one of your customers using Microsoft CRM Mobile or Mobile Express? Do you have a unique use for it? (I have a partner out of NC doing a cool use it as a Quality Assurance tool for a cleaning company. (Which is a use I never would have expected...)
