I have some clients using Software Pursuits ActiveSync to replicate folders and files between locations. I bought Beyond Compare to spot check the sync process and have been using it since for a variety of purposes such as comparing source file versions. The posters here who responded with their alternatives should still take a look at Beyond Compare. It is that type of software that continually surprises me as I discover new features that really save time such as saved workspaces

I also use FolderShare. (www.foldershare.) it does a good job of keeping my personal and work machines in sync with emails, (pst), documents, etc....

I am glad you like BC... I am constantly amazed at the uses I find for it... One of my friends ended up using it to trasfer a HUGE amount of data across is 128k WAN with AMAZING results.

While other tools do the same functions, this is one I come back to time and time again. :-)
