Could you please check your Microsoft.Net download link as referenced in the Microsoft Robot Studio CTP.  I believe you might have a missed link there.  When I downloaded the CTP to Windows XP and then also downloaded the .Net, CTP could not find the .Net component -- i.e. was looking in PROGRAMFILES.  When I edited the .CMD file it still would not recognize the .Net.  It's 2:00 AM now so I am stopping for the evening (morning).  If you have a fix please email me.
