Coding4Fun: Home Automation with Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 2008

From MSDN Coding4Fun -  Typically we think of robots as machines from science fiction or as industrial robots such as those that build and paint cars. In the world of Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio, anything that has sensors and/or actuators can be considered a robot. In this article, we look at an automated house as a robot and apply the Decentralized Software Services model of Microsoft Robotics Studio to implementing some home automation tasks.

Hi Mike,

I would like to know if you may inform me where are now located the videos and virtual labs which before were available in http://www.ce6launch.com/.

They were interesting (specially the one from Steve Maillet) but that site is not working anymore.

Best wishes,

Alex

Hi Mike,

thanks for your reply but I could not find in the provided link the videos corresponding to the WinCE 6.0 launch (Note: WinCE 6.0 Launch != WinCE 6.0 R2 launch)

I mean the ones that are listed here:

http://blogs.msdn.com/davbaker/archive/2006/11/10/windows-ce-6-0-launch-virtual-labs-and-session-materials.aspx

Thanks,

Alex
