So I put it off until 7:45 or so, and the traffic was still horrendous.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It took me a good 20 minutes to make it to 40th street (a normal 30 second drive), but once I hit 40th street, traffic wasn't bad at all. People were going slow, but they were moving. It took me maybe 15 minutes to make it to my place near &amp;quot;downtown&amp;quot; Sammamish.&lt;/p&gt;
